Q: What is Sock Panda?
A: A monthly subscription service that provides you with fun socks every month. Grow your collection, give them as gifts, and wear them to school, to work, or out and about.
Q: What kind of socks can I expect to receive?
A: Fun socks! We pick socks with fun designs that are made of high quality materials. Some are bright and colorful, some are more subtle. All of them have patterns or graphics that will get compliments. You will receive different designs every month.
Q: Can I choose which socks I receive each month?
A: No! That's part of the fun. You get a surprise every month. We pick the best designs and make sure that you don't receive duplicates.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The subscription costs $11 per pair of socks per month, which includes tax and shipping.
Q: How do I know that my credit card info is secure?
A: We use
Recurly to manage subscription billing; your billing info is stored securely in Recurly's PCI-compliant system, and your credit card numbers never touch our servers.
Q: Can I buy gift subscriptions?
A: Absolutely! You can specify the gift recipient's name and address in our signup form.
Q: How do I know that the socks will fit me?
A:
Men's socks will fit US men's shoe size 8-12. Women's socks will fit US women's shoe size 5-10. If you're in that range, the socks we send you should fit well.
Q: What if I don't like the socks I receive?
A: If you're not satisfied with your socks for any reason, please
contact us and we will send you a refund. If you wish to change your style preference (Bold/Cool), please let us know!
Q: Why can't I get 2 pairs of Bold socks or 2 pairs of Cool socks per month?
A: Each month, we pick one design for each of our style categories (Women's Bold, Men's Bold, Women's Cool, and Men's Cool). If you'd like 2 pairs per month, we suggest that you try 1 pair of Cool and 1 pair of Bold.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

Q: When do I get my socks?
A: Accounts activated between the 1st and 15th of the month have a mailing date of the 16th. Accounts activated between the 16th and 31st of the month have a mailing date of the 1st.
Q: When do I get charged?
A: Your first charge happens immediately when you sign up. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month.
Q: I'm outside of the United States. Can I subscribe?
A: As of now, the Sock Panda's subscription service is only available in the US.
