Our goal is to make you happy!  Just write or call us with your concerns. 

We are willing to send replacements and/or process refunds (30 days from delivery). 

We may ask you to return the original unused shipment.  A shipping label will be provided.

Subscription Refunds

While certain requests will be considered (special circumstances), as a general rule; we do not issue refunds. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to chat with you about the situation and find the best solution for you! We are always willing to send replacements:
