 Cancel your monthly subscription at any time and for any reason. You can do so either through the account management portal (see above), sending an email to panda@sockpanda.com or calling us at (650) 307-6257.

 * If you email us your cancellation request - we time to read and process the cancellation

Please allow 24 hours' notice before the subscription renewal date to ensure adequate time to end the subscription.

If we receive your cancellation less than 24 hours before subscription renewal, you may be charged for the following month, or term and your subscription will be cancelled after that term is completed. 

Please note; while certain special requests will be considered, we usually need a little time to stop the processing of a package.

Once you make the request for a replacement - we will immediately send a replacement pair at our expense.

You may keep or give away the original pair you received. No need to send anything back to us.
