WHEN DO I GET MY SOCKS?

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Shipping is included (no extra charge) and we usually ship within one business day.

Packages are sent via USPS Ground with tracking.

Delivery takes 3-5 days.

SOCK SHOP PURCHASES

$4.50 Flat Shipping Fee on orders less than $35

Free Shipping on Order $35 or more

Package are processed almost immediately (within 24 hours) Monday - Saturday

Delivery takes 3-5 days.

 If you have a special request and need the socks to arrive on a particular day, please contact us and we will accommodate you.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are a U.S.-based company: Worldwide Shipping, including deliveries to all EU countries.

*All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) or United Kingdon will have taxes and duties paid at checkout.

**When we ship to Canada, your order may be subject to Canadian import taxes such as GST/HST, provincial taxes, and any applicable duties. These are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), not by us.If we are required to collect Canadian GST/HST at checkout, it will appear on your order. If not, the carrier may collect taxes and duties upon delivery. These charges are standard for international shipments and vary by province.

$6.00 per month shipping fee (Price reduces per month with prepaid subscriptions)

Packages are sent via UPS (Mail Innovations) with door-to-door tracking.

Sock Panda processes international packages weekly (usually Wednesday) and delivery time should take 8-12 business days depending on where you live
