We are willing to send replacements and/or process refunds (30 days from delivery).
We may ask you to return the orginal unused shipment. A shipping label will be provided.
Subscription Refunds
While certain requests will be considered (special circumstances), as a general rule; we do not issue refunds. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. We are happy to chat with you about the situation and find the best solution for you! We are always willing to send replacements:
Cancel your monthly subscription at any time and for any reason. You can do so either through the account management portal (see above), sending an email to panda@sockpanda.com or calling us at (650) 307-6257.

Please allow 24 hours notice before the subscription renewal date to ensure adequate time to end the subscription.
If we receive your cancellation less than 24 hours before subscription renewal, you may be charged for the following month or term and your subscription will be cancelled after that term is completed.
Please note; while certain special requests will be considered, we usually need a little time to stop the processing of a package.
Once you make the request for a replacement - we will immediately send a replacement pair at our expense.
You may keep or give away the original pair you received. No need to send anything back to us.

The socks fit well and my toes didn't feel restricted. I have thick calves and the pattern didn't get too distorted. Very pleased especially for only $6!
These are great socks, and as far as color goes, these were the only ones I found that were an actual dark green, every other pair I purchased ended up being an olive color.
I have size 13 feet and these were advertised at up to a 12. Decided to try them and they fit great. Also once they arrived I was surprised to find they are made in Peru [not China] from Peruvian fiber.
