Cancellation:

Cancel at any time and for any reason. You can do so either through the account management portal, sending an email to panda@sockpanda.com or calling us at (650) 307-6257.

Please note; while certain special requests will be considered, we usually need a little time to stop the processing of a package.

We must receive your cancellation 24 hours before subscription renewal to cancel your subscription the following month. If we receive your cancellation less than 24 hours before subscription renewal, then you will be charged for the following month or term and your subscription will be cancelled after that term is completed.

Refunds/Replacement:

While certain requests will be considered (special circumstances), as a general rule; we do not issue refunds.  Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. We are happy to chat with you about the situation and find the best solution for you!  We are always willing to send replacements:

  • Once you make the request for a replacement - we will immediately send a replacement pair¬†at our expense.
  • You may keep or give away the original¬†pair you received.¬† No need to send anything back to us.
  • Please select the contact us button on our site and¬†we will get back to you VERY QUICKLY!
