Canada Post isn't processing or delivering any mail and parcels as long as the strike lasts. Some post offices will also be closed. For items that are already in the mail, service guarantees could be affected. It "may take some time" for mail service to return to normal even after the strike ends, according to a statement from the corporation.

THE SOCK PANDA CUSTOMERS WILL BE IMPACTED

Most of Sock Panda's International Shipments currently is with UPS Mail Innovations. This shipping process uses Canda Post for the final delivery of packages.

All Packages currently in route will be delayed until the end of the strike.

The strike is impacting most international carriers, many of which are stopping all Canadian shippments.

Attempts at alternative shipping methods are difficult. DHL is the only option, but more expensive.

Sock Panda apologizes for the inconvenience.

Sock Panda takes no official position on the conditions the led the strike, but remains focused on our Customers and their happiness. We will make every effort to ensure proper delivery of all purchases in a timely manner.
